Overhead Door of Ft. Myers

In 1970, C. Maurice Thorne and Cecil Williams formed Yu-Al Inc., selling and installing Raynor garage doors and Genie operators. In 1971, the pair were approached by the Overhead Door Corporation and offered the opportunity to assume the companys Southwest Florida distributorship. In 1978 Cecil left Yu-Al, Inc. and Overhead Door Company of Ft. Myers to form the Overhead Door Company of Naples under the auspices of his newly created venture, TEVE, Inc. In 1982, Cecil purchased 100% of the Overhead Door Company of Ft. Myers. Established in 1982.
