It is a member of the American Fence Association, American Subcontractors Association, Gulf South Fence Contractors Association and Little Rock Chamber of Commerce. United Fence & Construction Company offers products from the GTO/PRO, ELITE and Door King brands. Established in 1953.United Fence & Construction was originally started in 1953 by Bill Briggs, Sr. It was later sold to his son, Billy Briggs, Jr. in the 1990’s. He retired December 2017. Now his daughter and son-in-law Rachel and Josh Cecil have taken over and plan to continue to focus on the end goal of creating high quality and professional workmanship to the customer.
