Valley Sales & Service Co., Inc is a family owned Locksmith business, that has been in Wilkinsburg since 1929, and on Penn Avenue since the mid ’60’s. Jim has over 40 years of experience in the business. We believe we have one of the largest key blank selection in the city. Established in 1929.Valley Sales started out on Rebecca Avenue in Wilkinsburg in 1929 and moved to Penn Avenue in 1965. In 2014, Mary and Jim moved the business across the street to 1012 Penn Avenue where it is currently located.
